How do I place an online order?

Once you have chosen your item or selected your size, add the product to your Shopping Bag by clicking “ADD TO BAG.” To begin the checkout process, click “ORDER” under the Shopping Bag tab. Here you can edit your shopping bag and review your purchase, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT."

    1. Log in to your account, create a new account, or checkout as a Guest.
    2. Follow the instructions as prompted through checkout.
    3. Complete the Billing information including the correct name, address and phone number of the cardholder.
    4. Ship to the Billing address or select “SHIP TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS” and complete the Shipping information. Please note that Christian Louboutin reserves the right to ship the order to the billing address.
    5. Complete the payment information using a Credit Card.
    6. Review your order and press Submit.
    7. If the 3D Secure is activated on your card, you will be redirected on your bank’s webpage to authenticate the transaction.


IMPORTANT: You will receive 2 emails. The first one acknowledging the reception of your order and the second one, once the order is validated by Christian Louboutin, confirming the shipment of the products.
As soon as your payment is validated and accepted by your bank, we will send you an email confirming your order. This email confirms that you have correctly placed your order.

If you didn't receive this email, it generally means that there is an error with your order: either your bank hasn't authorized the payment, or there is an error in the information you have entered for the order.

If this is the case we invite you to contact your bank or to contact us directly from Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 5:30PM.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible. Order processing typically begins once the purchase is submitted. Therefore, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate your request.

The billing and shipping addresses on any given orders can only be modified before our team has processed the order. It is still possible for us to cancel or to change the billing and shipping addresses of an order before this one is being prepared. Moreover, it is not possible to change the size, regroup several orders, or modify the order contents in anyway.
Each and every order is verified specially billing and shipping addresses and type of payment used. These additional verifications can increase the shipping delay by two days. Shipping delays may vary depending of your shipping options chosen while placing your order.
You can check the status of your order by connecting to your Christian Louboutin online account. You will see one of the following statuses:

- PENDING PAYMENT: The payment is pending validation
- ORDER PENDING SECURITY CHECK: Your order is being checked by our security system
- ORDER VALIDATED: The order has been checked and approved
- PREPARING ORDER: The order is being processed - READY FOR SHIPMENT: The order is ready to be shipped
- SHIPPED: The order has been shipped (You should have received a confirmation email)
- ORDER CANCELLED: The order has been unsuccessful or cancelled
- PENDING RETURN: We aknowledge your return and your item(s) are on the way back to us
- PENDING REFUND: The refund is being processed
- REFUND PROCESSED: The order has been refunded
- RETURN CANCELLED: The return has been cancelled"
All orders placed on the Christian Louboutin online boutique are sent in their original boxes, along with several accessories (dust bag, heel tips (if applicable), replacement spikes (if applicable)).
Christian Louboutin offers gift wrapping as a free service once the option is selected in your order, except for some of our beauty products which we do not offer this service for : Abracadabra La Palette, Rouge Louboutin SooooO…Glow, Lip Brush, Les Yeux Noirs Brow Definer and Les Yeux Noirs Oeil Velours.
You may add a personal message to the order. This personal message will be printed on a dedicated note card. This option may only be selected at the beginning of the order process.
There are various options why your order might not have gone through such as your 3D secure, the country of origin of the credit card used (same country as website), etc.
If an error message appears after finalizing your payment, you should follow the indications. If the message contains a phone number, we insist you call that number.

To place an order on the Christian Louboutin online boutique, you must fill in the order form, follow the instructions given by the site, read and accept the Terms of Sales, the Terms of Use and the site Privacy Policy .
When filling in the form, you must specify the type of payment that will be used for the transaction. Christian Louboutin reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. Each and every order is verified.
For a credit card payment, with a Visa or a MasterCard, you will be transferred to your bank's website to validate the transaction. If you aren't transferred, we invite you to contact your bank to be sure that your 3D Secure™ system for your card has been activated.
To access MY ACCOUNT, we invite you to click on the link in the upper left hand corner of your screen and enter your email address and password.
If you forgot your password, we invite you to click on the link FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD on the login page. You will receive an email inviting you to create a new password.
You can also call us from Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 5:30PM.
You can purchase a gift voucher in any of our Christian Louboutin boutiques. However, please note that this service is not available on the Christian Louboutin online boutique.
Gift vouchers are only valid within Christian Louboutin boutiques in the country of purchase and are not accepted on the Christian Louboutin online boutique.
For further information regarding this service, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team from Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 5:30PM.
Christian Louboutin online boutique does not offer a tax free service. The products purchased from Christian Louboutin online boutique include VAT.
We do offer a tax free service within our Christian Louboutin boutiques, under certain conditions.
Please note that products that have undergone a tax refund can neither be returned nor exchanged nor refunded.
An item placed in your Shopping Bag is not reserved. To secure the item, you must complete the checkout process.
